Responsibilities
- Develop integrated creative strategies for Fortune 500 clients across tech, fashion, and entertainment sectors
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution from concept ideation to final delivery
- Mentor and direct a 15-member creative team through performance reviews and skill development
- Present creative work to clients and stakeholders, ensuring brand consistency
- Oversee production budgets and vendor management for print/digital projects
- Stay ahead of emerging media trends and technologies
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment on KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years of creative leadership experience with 5+ years in agency settings
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and project management tools
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional teams
- BA in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or Communications (Master's preferred)
- Experience pitching to C-level executives and managing client relationships
- Deep understanding of brand storytelling and visual communication principles
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
