Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies that align with client business objectives and brand identities
- Lead cross-functional creative teams (design, copy, video, digital) through campaign ideation and production
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from concept development to final delivery across all media channels
- Present creative work to C-level stakeholders and clients with articulate storytelling and strategic rationale
- Mentor junior creatives while fostering a culture of innovation, diversity, and professional growth
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure creative assets maximize audience engagement and conversion metrics
- Stay ahead of industry trends in emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR) and integrate innovative solutions into campaigns
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive creative leadership experience with 5+ years in a director-level role
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing award-winning campaigns across digital, print, and experiential media
- Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics tools (After Effects/Cinema 4D)
- Proven ability to manage complex budgets and multi-million dollar client projects
- Strong strategic thinking with experience translating business goals into creative narratives
- Demonstrated leadership in building and developing high-performing creative teams
- Understanding of brand development, user experience design, and content marketing principles
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, or related field; Master's preferred
