Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform creative campaigns from concept to completion
- Lead a cross-functional team of designers, copywriters, and digital strategists
- Collaborate with CMOs to align creative vision with business objectives
- Oversee production of video, print, and interactive content
- Maintain creative excellence while managing client relationships and budgets
- Drive innovation in emerging media formats (AR/VR, generative AI)
- Mentor junior talent and foster a culture of creative excellence
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in creative leadership with 5+ in directorial roles
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns across digital and traditional media
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics tools
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and complex projects
- Deep understanding of brand strategy and consumer psychology
- Experience pitching to C-level executives and Fortune 500 clients
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Communications, or related field
