Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall creative vision and strategy for all client projects and internal campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Team Management: Mentor, inspire, and lead a diverse team of designers, copywriters, and art directors, fostering a culture of creativity and professional growth.
- Brand Integrity: Ensure all creative output strictly adheres to brand guidelines and maintains the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Client Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, presenting concepts, explaining creative rationale, and managing feedback loops effectively.
- Project Oversight: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery without compromising creative excellence.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to keep Lumina at the forefront of the media landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in creative direction, art direction, or a related role within the media or communications industry.
- Portfolio: A robust, diverse portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, conceptual thinking, and successful campaign launches.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and managing creative teams, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
- Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred.
