Responsibilities
- Develop integrated content strategies across digital, social, experiential, and traditional media channels
- Lead creative workshops with clients and internal teams to define brand narratives and campaign frameworks
- Produce multi-format content including video scripts, interactive experiences, and editorial calendars
- Analyze audience data and campaign performance to optimize content engagement and ROI
- Collaborate with designers, animators, and technologists to execute cohesive brand experiences
- Manage content lifecycles from ideation to distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels
- Stay ahead of media trends and emerging platforms to innovate content approaches
Qualifications
- 5+ years in content strategy, brand storytelling, or creative direction within media/communications
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns with measurable impact metrics
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and content management platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform creative decisions
- Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Deep understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and content distribution best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field
- Experience with AR/VR content development and emerging media technologies
