Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school
- 5+ years of corporate law experience at a top-tier law firm
- Bar admission in New York with active license in good standing
- Proven expertise in SEC regulations and corporate governance frameworks
- Exceptional research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing cross-border transactions and international compliance
- Strong proficiency in legal tech platforms and e-discovery tools
