Responsibilities
- Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance matters
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts and agreements
- Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Lead litigation strategy and manage external counsel relationships
- Develop innovative legal solutions using AI and automation tools
- Present legal analyses to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school
- 5+ years of corporate law experience at a top-tier firm
- Bar admission in New York State
- Expertise in SEC regulations and corporate compliance frameworks
- Proven track record in M&A transactions and contract negotiations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing cross-functional legal teams
