Responsibilities
- Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring transactions
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts and shareholder agreements

- Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters with external counsel
- Develop internal policies for data privacy and corporate governance

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted to New York State Bar (required)
- 5+ years of corporate law experience at a top-tier law firm
- Expertise in SEC regulations and corporate compliance
- Proven track record in M&A transactions (>$500M deals preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to contractual nuances
