Responsibilities

- Manage litigation risk and coordinate with external counsel
- Develop internal policies for blockchain and cryptocurrency operations
- Lead cross-functional legal reviews for product launches
- Mentor junior legal staff and optimize department workflows
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school
- 5+ years of corporate counsel experience at top-tier law firm or in-house
- Active NY State bar license and in-house certification preferred
- Deep expertise in fintech regulations, securities law, and blockchain
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and M&A due diligence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate legal concepts to business teams
- Experience managing global compliance programs and data privacy
