Responsibilities
- Lead due diligence and structuring for M&A transactions exceeding $500M
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements including joint ventures and licensing
- Advise clients on SEC compliance and corporate governance matters
- Manage litigation portfolios and represent clients in federal court
- Develop innovative solutions for cross-border regulatory challenges
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to firm-wide knowledge initiatives
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted to New York State Bar with 5+ years corporate law experience
- Proven track record in M&A transactions and SEC filings
- Expertise in international trade compliance and GDPR regulations
- Superior legal research and writing skills with published articles
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred for global client interactions
