Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to develop a clear understanding of client needs and history.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
- Provide direct clinical services including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers to ensure holistic client care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards.
- Advocate for clients' rights and assist in connecting them with essential community resources and support networks.
- Participate in clinical supervision and case review meetings to ensure best practices in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university required.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) eligible for LCSW supervision required.
- 2+ years of clinical experience in mental health, behavioral health, or social services preferred.
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems (e.g., EPIC, Cerner) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community outreach (if required).
