Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee oncology-focused clinical trials from protocol development to final report submission
- Lead cross-functional teams including physicians, data analysts, and regulatory specialists
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GCP standards, and institutional protocols
- Manage trial budgets, vendor contracts, and resource allocation across multiple studies
- Analyze complex clinical data and prepare comprehensive regulatory submissions
- Mentor junior research staff and foster collaborative research environments
- Present findings at medical conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years clinical research management experience in oncology or therapeutic area
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proven expertise in FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and clinical trial protocols
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Exceptional project management with ability to manage concurrent complex trials
- Excellent written communication skills for regulatory documentation and publications
