Responsibilities
- Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of Phase I-IV clinical trials, ensuring milestones are met with scientific integrity.
- Provide strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary team of investigators, research coordinators, and data scientists.
- Oversee rigorous compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP, and HIPAA regulatory frameworks across all research activities.
- Manage multi-million dollar trial budgets, optimizing resource allocation and vendor performance.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical sponsors, CROs, and academic institutions.
- Drive the development of innovative clinical protocols and patient recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- MD, PhD, or PharmD from an accredited institution with a focus on clinical research.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in a clinical trial or drug development environment.
- Proven track record of successful regulatory submissions and clinical program management.
- Expertise in medical safety monitoring and complex clinical data interpretation.
- Advanced certification in Clinical Research (CCRC, CCRA, or CCRP) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for high-level stakeholder engagement.
