Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial management from protocol development to final reporting
- Ensure strict adherence to FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, and institutional protocols
- Coordinate patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment processes
- Manage electronic data capture systems and maintain accurate trial documentation
- Liaise between investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor trial progress and resolve protocol deviations promptly
- Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain study files
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience with oncology trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Expertise in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Deep knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and ICH-GCP
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for multi-stakeholder collaboration
