Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-phase clinical trials ensuring FDA/GCP compliance
- Manage patient recruitment, screening, and informed consent processes
- Oversee data collection, verification, and regulatory documentation
- Liaise with investigators, sponsors, and ethics committees
- Monitor trial progress and resolve protocol deviations
- Analyze clinical data and prepare regulatory submissions
- Mentor junior staff and implement quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related field
- 3+ years clinical trial coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) preferred
- Expertise in FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Proficiency with electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Strong data management and statistical analysis skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
