Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution from protocol development to final reporting
- Manage regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with FDA/ICH-GCP guidelines
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and data specialists
- Monitor patient recruitment, retention, and adverse event reporting
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and study documentation
- Analyze trial data and prepare regulatory submissions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience in oncology trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Expert knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and clinical trial protocols
- Proficiency in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave) and CTMS platforms
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for stakeholder management
