Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and quality assurance protocols across 3+ hospital departments
- Develop strategic initiatives to enhance patient care efficiency and safety standards
- Lead physician recruitment, training, and retention programs
- Collaborate with executive team on budget allocation and resource optimization
- Ensure regulatory compliance (JCAHO, CMS) and implement best practices
- Drive research initiatives and clinical trial coordination
- Represent organization in community health partnerships
Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree with valid Massachusetts medical license
- 10+ years progressive clinical leadership experience
- Fellowship from ABMS-recognized specialty board
- Demonstrated expertise in healthcare administration and quality improvement
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through transformation
- Published research in peer-reviewed medical journals preferred
