Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution from protocol development to final report submission
- Ensure strict adherence to FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, and institutional protocols
- Coordinate patient recruitment, screening, and retention strategies for diverse cohorts
- Manage complex data collection, validation, and analysis using REDCap and EDC systems
- Serve as primary liaison between investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior staff and conduct protocol training for clinical teams
- Prepare regulatory documents and maintain comprehensive trial documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Minimum 3 years experience coordinating Phase I-III clinical trials
- Expertise in FDA 21 CFR Part 312/812 and ICH-GCP regulations
- Advanced proficiency in electronic data capture systems (EDC) and clinical databases
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to regulatory documentation
- Strong interpersonal abilities for stakeholder collaboration and patient engagement
- Experience with oncology or cardiovascular trials highly desirable
