Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end clinical trial execution including protocol implementation, patient recruitment, and data collection
- Ensure strict compliance with FDA regulations, GCP standards, and institutional guidelines
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies
- Maintain accurate electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) and regulatory documentation
- Monitor patient safety and adverse event reporting procedures
- Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain study master files
- Conduct regular site visits and audit clinical trial activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience with oncology trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle Inform)
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 312, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
