Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution including protocol development, site initiation, and regulatory submissions
- Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants while maintaining strict adherence to GCP guidelines
- Manage electronic data capture systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of research records
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including principal investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor adverse events and implement corrective actions per FDA and ICH standards
- Prepare regulatory documents, consent forms, and study budgets for IRB approval
- Maintain comprehensive study documentation and audit readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's preferred
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience in academic/hospital setting
- Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in FDA regulations, GCP, and ICH guidelines
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, REDCap)
- Demonstrated success in managing complex multi-center trials
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to regulatory details
