Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor clinical trial protocols in compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines
- Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants while maintaining ethical standards
- Manage electronic data capture systems and ensure data integrity
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and institutional review boards (IRBs)
- Train clinical staff on study procedures and documentation requirements
- Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Analyze study data and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of clinical research coordination experience in pharmaceutical or medical device setting
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Proficiency in clinical trial management systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Demonstrated knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Exceptional communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
