Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of clinical trial protocols including IRB submissions, regulatory compliance, and patient recruitment
- Coordinate interdisciplinary research teams and maintain detailed electronic trial records
- Monitor adverse events and ensure data integrity per FDA and GCP standards
- Develop patient education materials and consent processes
- Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
- Maintain relationships with pharmaceutical sponsors and regulatory agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field required (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years clinical research coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Proficiency in REDCap and clinical trial management software
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Excellent written communication skills for protocol development
- Experience with oncology trials highly desirable
