Responsibilities
- Design and implement clinical trial protocols ensuring FDA/ICH-GCP compliance
- Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants with precision and ethical integrity
- Manage electronic data capture systems and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and statisticians
- Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain trial documentation
- Monitor adverse events and ensure patient safety protocols are followed
- Analyze trial data and contribute to final study reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years clinical research coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Expertise in oncology or rare disease trials preferred
- Proficiency with Medidata Rave or similar EDC systems
- Strong knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and ICH-GCP
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
