Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end clinical trial execution including protocol development, site initiation, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention strategies across multiple research sites
- Oversee data collection, quality assurance, and regulatory documentation per FDA and ICH guidelines
- Liaise with sponsors, IRBs, and investigative sites to ensure protocol adherence and timely deliverables
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and troubleshoot operational challenges proactively
- Maintain electronic data capture systems and generate comprehensive study reports
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement of research workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience with oncology trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proven expertise in FDA/ICH-GCP compliance and regulatory documentation
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage complex timelines
- Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail in data management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for multi-stakeholder collaboration
- Proficiency in clinical trial management systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
