Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution including patient recruitment, informed consent, and data collection
- Ensure strict adherence to FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, and institutional protocols
- Manage electronic data capture systems and maintain accurate trial documentation
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary research teams and communicate trial progress to stakeholders
- Monitor adverse events and ensure timely regulatory reporting
- Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain comprehensive trial master files
- Train clinical staff on research protocols and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of clinical research coordination experience in oncology trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Expertise in FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and clinical trial management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills for patient interactions and team collaboration
- Experience managing complex data sets and regulatory documentation
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced research environments with competing priorities
