Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols ensuring FDA and ICH-GCP compliance
- Manage patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention strategies
- Coordinate interdisciplinary research teams and external vendor relationships
- Maintain accurate electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) and regulatory documentation
- Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders
- Ensure ethical conduct of studies through continuous IRB liaison
- Implement risk-based monitoring procedures to guarantee data integrity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related health field
- 3+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in pharmaceutical or academic setting
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or ACRP certification
- Expertise in oncology or immunology trial protocols strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Demonstrated success in managing complex multi-center trials
- Exceptional communication skills for patient and stakeholder interactions
