Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor clinical trial protocols ensuring regulatory compliance (FDA, GCP)
- Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants while maintaining ethical standards
- Collect, analyze, and report clinical data with precision using REDCap and EDC systems
- Coordinate site visits, audits, and inspections from sponsors and regulatory bodies
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic lab notebooks and regulatory files
- Liaise between investigators, sponsors, and IRB to ensure protocol adherence
- Train staff on study procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or equivalent certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical trial coordination experience in oncology/immunology
- Expertise in ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial management systems
- Strong data management skills with proficiency in EDC systems and statistical software
- Exceptional communication skills for patient interactions and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to manage complex protocols with competing deadlines
