Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-phase clinical trials from protocol development to closeout, ensuring 100% regulatory compliance
- Recruit, screen, and enroll qualified participants while maintaining stringent ethical standards
- Manage electronic data capture systems and maintain accurate patient documentation
- Liaise with IRB, sponsors, and investigative sites to ensure protocol adherence
- Train staff on GCP guidelines and study-specific procedures
- Analyze interim data and prepare regulatory submissions
- Facilitate patient education and informed consent processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- 3+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in oncology/immunology
- Expertise in FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and 21 CFR Part 820
- Advanced proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written/verbal communication abilities
- CPR/BLS certification
