Responsibilities
- Manage complex clinical trial protocols ensuring FDA/GCP compliance
- Coordinate patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate electronic data capture systems and regulatory documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and biostatisticians
- Monitor adverse events and ensure timely reporting to IRB and sponsors
- Conduct site visits and audits for protocol adherence
- Maintain HIPAA compliance throughout all research activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience in oncology trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proficiency with EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle Siebel)
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, GCP, and ICH guidelines
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
- Experience with site initiation visits and regulatory document management
