Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor Phase I-III clinical trials in compliance with FDA regulations and GCP standards
- Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible participants while maintaining ethical patient relationships
- Manage electronic data capture systems, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with IRB, sponsors, and investigative sites for protocol adherence and safety reporting
- Analyze and interpret clinical data to prepare regulatory submissions and study reports
- Mentor junior staff and conduct site audits to maintain research quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's preferred
- 3+ years of clinical research coordination experience with FDA-regulated trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave) and EDC platforms
- Deep understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA 21 CFR, and HIPAA regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent protocols
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient communication and site collaboration
