Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols from initiation to closure, ensuring FDA/GCP compliance
- Manage patient recruitment, informed consent, and retention strategies
- Coordinate with biostatisticians for data integrity and regulatory submissions
- Train and supervise research assistants and study coordinators
- Monitor adverse events and ensure timely reporting to IRB/ethics boards
- Develop and maintain electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) and study databases
- Liaise with pharmaceutical sponsors and CROs on study progress and budget
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, or related medical field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience in oncology trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or SOCRA certification
- Proficiency in Medidata Rave and electronic health record systems
- Demonstrated expertise in ICH-GCP and 21 CFR Part 820 compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong documentation skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for patient and stakeholder interactions
