Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Coordinate patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment processes
- Manage data collection, documentation, and regulatory submissions
- Liaise with investigators, sponsors, and ethics committees
- Monitor adverse events and ensure patient safety protocols
- Maintain accurate trial documentation and electronic records
- Lead cross-functional teams for protocol implementation and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) preferred
- 3+ years of clinical trial coordination experience
- Proficiency in clinical trial management systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex protocols simultaneously
- Experience with oncology or neurology trials a plus
