Responsibilities
- Design and implement clinical trial protocols for cardiovascular studies
- Recruit and monitor 50+ research participants with strict adherence to HIPAA/GCP standards
- Manage FDA submissions and maintain IRB compliance documentation
- Analyze complex biostatistical data using SAS and R programming
- Train and supervise 5+ clinical research associates
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical partners on Phase II-III trials
- Present findings at national medical conferences
- Optimize EDC systems for real-time data monitoring
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research or Life Sciences
- 3+ years' experience in clinical trial coordination
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) required
- Expertise in FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
- Advanced proficiency in REDCap and Oracle Clinical
- Proven track record in multi-center trial management
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed medical journals
- BLS/CPR certification
