Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and GCP standards
- Manage patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment processes
- Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting for multi-center studies
- Liaise with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper documentation systems
- Train and mentor junior research staff on protocol procedures
- Monitor trial progress and troubleshoot operational challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, or related health science field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of clinical research coordination experience in a hospital or CRO setting
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and clinical trial management systems
- Strong data management and statistical analysis skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of successful trial startup and closeout
