Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage phase II-III clinical trials in oncology and immunology
- Ensure strict adherence to FDA regulations, GCP standards, and IRB protocols
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary research teams including physicians, nurses, and biostatisticians
- Maintain accurate electronic data capture systems and regulatory documentation
- Recruit, screen, and monitor study participants with emphasis on patient safety
- Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive reports for regulatory submissions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Public Health, or related field
- 3+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in academic medical center
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Expertise in oncology trial protocols and adverse event management
- Advanced proficiency in REDCap and clinical trial management systems
- Demonstrated success in FDA 1572 and IND documentation processes
