Responsibilities
- Design and implement clinical trial protocols ensuring FDA/GCP compliance
- Recruit, screen, and enroll qualified study participants with precision
- Manage comprehensive patient records and maintain electronic trial databases
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary research teams and vendor relationships
- Analyze clinical data and prepare regulatory submissions for FDA approval
- Monitor adverse events and ensure protocol adherence across sites
- Present findings at medical conferences and contribute to peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or Life Sciences required
- 3+ years clinical trial coordination experience in oncology or cardiology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification preferred
- Expertise in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for patient communication and team leadership
- Proven ability to manage complex regulatory documentation processes
- Experience with FDA audits and site inspections
