Responsibilities
- Manage protocol implementation and regulatory documentation for multi-center clinical trials
- Coordinate patient recruitment, screening, and retention strategies
- Maintain accurate electronic data capture systems and regulatory compliance records
- Liaise between investigators, sponsors, and institutional review boards
- Monitor adverse events and ensure GCP compliance throughout study phases
- Train staff on study protocols and regulatory requirements
- Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive regulatory submissions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience in hospital setting
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and HIPAA compliance
- Advanced proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., REDCap)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication abilities
