Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution from protocol design to FDA submission
- Recruit, screen, and enroll qualified study participants while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Manage electronic data capture systems and maintain accurate trial documentation
- Coordinate with IRB and regulatory bodies for protocol amendments and adverse event reporting
- Lead site initiation visits and monitor investigator compliance with GCP standards
- Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive reports for sponsors and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related health science field
- 3+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in oncology/immunology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or SOCRA certification required
- Proficiency in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Veeva Vault)
- Demonstrated expertise in ICH-GCP and FDA regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex timelines
