Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols ensuring FDA/GCP compliance
- Recruit, screen, and enroll qualified study participants
- Manage electronic data capture systems and maintain regulatory documentation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary research teams and external collaborators
- Monitor adverse events and ensure patient safety protocols
- Analyze trial data and prepare regulatory submissions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) preferred
- Expertise in FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Strong data management and EDC system proficiency
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
