Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and GCP standards
- Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants while maintaining strict data integrity
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary research teams and manage study budgets/schedules
- Implement adverse event reporting systems and maintain regulatory documentation
- Leverage EDC systems for real-time data capture and quality assurance
- Present findings at investigator meetings and contribute to manuscript development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience with therapeutic trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in ICH-GCP, FDA 21 CFR, and institutional IRB processes
- Advanced proficiency in clinical trial management systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Exceptional communication skills for patient education and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-center studies with competing priorities
