Responsibilities
- Oversee all clinical trial operations including protocol compliance, patient recruitment, and data integrity
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, nurses, regulatory specialists) to ensure seamless trial execution
- Manage regulatory documentation, IRB submissions, and FDA compliance requirements
- Implement and monitor electronic data capture systems for real-time trial monitoring
- Lead patient education sessions and maintain comprehensive study documentation
- Analyze trial data and prepare interim reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Ensure GCP (Good Clinical Practice) standards are maintained throughout all trial phases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of clinical research coordination experience in oncology trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical)
- Demonstrated knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and 21 CFR Part 11
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage complex trial protocols
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for patient and stakeholder interactions
- Experience with site initiation, monitoring, and closeout activities
