Responsibilities
- Design and execute clinical trial protocols ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and GCP standards
- Recruit, screen, and enroll participants while maintaining comprehensive electronic health records
- Monitor adverse events and data integrity across multi-site research initiatives
- Coordinate with IRB submissions and maintain regulatory documentation
- Analyze statistical data using SAS/SPSS and prepare FDA submission packages
- Train clinical staff on protocol procedures and patient safety protocols
- Present findings at international medical conferences and peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or Clinical Research with 3+ years' experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or SOCRA certification required
- Expertise in oncology trial management and immunotherapy protocols
- Advanced proficiency in REDCap, ClinCapture, and Epic EHR systems
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-site FDA-regulated trials
- Strong statistical analysis skills with SAS/SPSS proficiency
- Exceptional communication skills for patient education and stakeholder coordination
