Responsibilities
- Manage site activation and regulatory compliance for multi-center oncology trials
- Coordinate patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention strategies
- Maintain FDA-compliant electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs)
- Liaise with IRBs, sponsors, and CROs on protocol deviations and safety reports
- Analyze interim data and prepare regulatory submissions
- Train site staff on GCP guidelines and SOPs
- Oversee budget reconciliation and grant reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of clinical research coordination experience in oncology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or SOCRA certification
- Proficiency in Medidata Rave and clinical trial management systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and ICH-GCP
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
