Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols ensuring FDA/GCP compliance
- Coordinate patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention strategies
- Manage data collection, quality assurance, and regulatory documentation
- Liaise between investigators, sponsors, and IRB committees
- Train staff on research protocols and safety procedures
- Analyze trial data and prepare progress reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or related field
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) preferred
- 3+ years oncology trial coordination experience
- Proficiency in REDCap and clinical trial management systems
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for diverse patient populations
- Strong understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
