Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols ensuring FDA/GCP compliance
- Manage patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention strategies
- Coordinate multidisciplinary research teams and vendor relationships
- Maintain accurate electronic data capture systems and regulatory documentation
- Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive study reports
- Develop patient education materials and informed consent processes
- Represent institute at industry conferences and regulatory audits
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related healthcare field
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) preferred
- Proficiency in Medidata Rave and REDCap systems
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-center trials
- Experience with oncology or rare disease protocols highly desirable
