Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution including protocol design, patient recruitment, and data monitoring
- Ensure strict compliance with FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, and institutional review board protocols
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and data scientists
- Manage electronic data capture systems and maintain accurate regulatory documentation
- Conduct site initiation visits and monitor trial progress through interim analyses
- Prepare regulatory submissions and interact with ethics committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of clinical research coordination experience with FDA-regulated trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Expertise in EDC systems (Medidata Rave, Oracle Clintrial)
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
