Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution from protocol design to final report submission
- Recruit and screen participants while maintaining strict ethical standards
- Manage electronic data capture systems and ensure regulatory compliance (FDA/ICH-GCP)
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and lab technicians
- Monitor adverse events and maintain accurate safety documentation
- Prepare regulatory submissions and interact with IRB/ethics committees
- Analyze trial data and contribute to publication-ready manuscripts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or Life Sciences
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- 3+ years of experience in clinical trial coordination
- Proficiency in eCRF systems (Medidata Rave, Oracle CTMS)
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with oncology or rare disease trials preferred
