Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage clinical trial protocols ensuring FDA/ICH compliance
- Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible participants while maintaining ethical standards
- Oversee data collection, CRF management, and regulatory documentation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and biostatisticians
- Monitor adverse events and ensure participant safety throughout trials
- Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Present findings at conferences and contribute to scientific publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related field (BSN with 3+ years experience considered)
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or SOCRA certification required
- Minimum 3 years oncology or rare disease clinical trial coordination experience
- Expertise in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle Inform)
- Proven track record in FDA/ICH-GCP compliance and regulatory documentation
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal abilities for participant engagement and team collaboration
