Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor clinical trial protocols ensuring FDA/GCP compliance
- Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants while maintaining ethical standards
- Collect, analyze, and report trial data using electronic data capture systems
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and regulatory specialists
- Manage investigational product inventory and documentation
- Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain audit-ready trial documentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related health field
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or SOCRA certification required
- Minimum 3 years clinical trial coordination experience in therapeutic area
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle CTMS)
- Demonstrated knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal abilities for stakeholder communication
