Responsibilities
- Oversee protocol implementation and regulatory compliance across multi-center trials
- Coordinate patient recruitment, screening, and retention strategies
- Manage electronic data capture systems and ensure accurate documentation
- Liaise with IRB, sponsors, and investigative sites for seamless trial execution
- Analyze adverse events and safety data to maintain patient welfare
- Mentor junior staff and conduct SOP training for research teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- 3+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in therapeutic areas
- Proficiency in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm)
- Strong understanding of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and HIPAA
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
